To create an account as a supplier/seller/service provider go to this link
https://fakumlilo.com/registerGo to the https://fakumlilo.com landing page; select the product or service then add your address and click the search button. Faku'Mlilo will do the magic of finding sellers/suppliers near your address.
On the search results page just click on the ‘Order’ button on any of the listed sellers/suppliers filtered based on their rating. Click ‘Order Now’ and you will be routed to the seller/supplier’s page to complete the order by capturing your delivery details and selecting payment method.
On checkout you can choose to get the energy product delivered directly to your address or you can collect from the supplier/seller’s address.
At the moment orders can be tracked by directly calling the supplier/seller. The Faku'Mlilo team is hard at work developing this capability.
Yes, you can. To cancel or modify the order, go to the order notification email you received and click on cancel/reschedule order. Please note that late cancellations/reschedule may carry charges.
On the search results page click on the ‘Schedule Appointment’ button on any of the listed sellers/suppliers filtered based on their rating. You will then be routed to the seller/supplier’s page to complete the appointment scheduling by capturing your appointment details and appointment address.
At the moment orders can only be paid once the customer receives the order. So its cash on delivery. The Faku'Mliloteam is hard at work developing online payment capability and will be available soon for verified sellers/suppliers/service providers.
Yes, cash on delivery is safe. The online payment capability for verified sellers/suppliers/service providers will be safe and secure. Strict payment measures will be put in place to protect customers, sellers, suppliers and service providers. Only verified suppliers/sellers/service providers can accept online payments.

To get verification status the seller/supplier/service provider should send an email to support@fakumlilo.com. attaching company registration documents, contact person details. The team be in contact regarding further requirements.
Faku'Mlilo has two options to allow seller/suppliers on the platform. Free accounts that gets limited platform capabilities and paid accounts that gets extra capabilities to protect the sellers/suppliers and their customers.

Yes, you can. Once logged into the platform as a customer go to ‘Favourite Clients’ tab, search and add the client, then their store to reorder products or services from this client.
